Alexandra Holistic Well-Being (4 hours)

If you are seeking inner peace and total relaxation, our signature Alexandra Holistic Well-Being Experience will help calm your mind and body, find your inner self and help you reach a relaxed, peaceful state. Included in the Alexandra Holistic Well-Being Experience are:

light breathing exercises and relaxation (20 minutes)
choice of meditations (20 minutes)
choice of either yoga (45 minutes) or Indian head massage (45 minutes)
nourishing back exfoliation and massage (45 minutes)

Relax your mind and melt away any tension with treatments that will help you to feel relaxed and balanced. Included in the Hot Stone Soother Experience are:

hot stone back massage (30 minutes)
Chakra balancing and Reiki therapy (60 minutes)

Treat yourself to these pampering treatments that will help to calm and soothe your body and soul.

Mum and Teenage* Daughter Pampering (2 hours) * ages 12-16

Treat your daughter to some luxurious treatments and help her to look after her skin with this wonderful package of treatments. Included in the Mum and Teenage Daughter Pampering Experience are:

aromatherapy facial (30 minutes)
luxurious hand or foot ritual (30 minutes)

Enjoy some quality time together, either as a birthday gift, a treat for her working hard at school, or as a gift for good exam results. Whatever the occasion, your skin will feel great and you will both feel relaxed and de-stressed.

Energising Body Contour (4 hours)

Our Energising Body Contour Experience is ideal for helping to restore health and well-being by detoxifying the body and refreshing the mind through the powers of healing. This treatment can also help to improve the appearance of cellulite via the elimination of toxins through lymphatic drainage massage. Included in the Energising Body Contour Experience are:

Reiki therapy (45 minutes)
lymphatic drainage body massage and body mud mask or rejuvenating acupressure massage with full body exfoliation and body wrap (105 minutes)

These therapies will help to increase energy levels as well as reducing water retention and providing an overall feeling of relaxation and well-being.
