Massages

Back Massage, 30 minutes, £24

A relaxing back massage to release any tensions or knots in the neck, shoulders or back. This back massage will be tailored to your needs, focussing on any areas of tension or discomfort. This super massage will energise you and also relieve stress. A regular massage every 3-4 weeks is recommended to help you stay fit and healthy.

Holistic Face and Scalp Massage, 30 minutes, £24

Enjoy this wonderful Holistic Face and Scalp Massage - includes hot stone facial massage, scalp massage and pressure point massage. Wonderfully relaxing and a great detox. Pure relaxation.

Hot Stone Back Massage, 30 minutes, £28

A relaxing and soothing back massage to release tensions in the neck, shoulders and back. This wonderful massage uses hot stones to melt away aches and pains. Pure bliss!

Indian Head Massage, 45 minutes, £35

Indian head massage is a treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. A variety of massage techniques are used to relieve tension, stimulate circulation and improve joint flexibility. It is a highly effective technique for the treatment of stress and stress related conditions and will leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and at ease.

Full Body Swedish Massage, 60 minutes, £42

Our wonderful full body massage uses the traditional Swedish massage techniques to release tension and aches and pains throughout the body. Swedish massage is a relaxing and soothing massage, ideal at releasing tension in the shoulders and back.

Aromatherapy Massage, 60 minutes, £46

Aromatherapy massage uses essential oils from plants to heal, alleviate pain and boost your mood. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that are used with a carrier oil. Each oil has a special effect on your body and mind. This full body massage treatment will leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and refreshed.

Hot Stone Full Body Massage, 75 minutes, £58

Enjoy this wonderfully relaxing massage using heated stones, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The heat of the stones penetrates deep into your muscles, bringing you to a level of deep relaxation. The direct heat relaxes muscles, increases circulation and will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and happy.

Pure Fiji Body Treatments

The Pure Fiji treatments are available in two different fragrances - mango or white gingerlily which you can choose at the time of booking or just before your treatment. There's also 2 honey and milk treatments which are also beautiful. All are heavenly and will lift your mood and leave your skin smelling divine!

Luxury Nourishing Back Exfoliation and Massage, 45 minutes, £42

In this treatment, your back is exfoliated with pure white marble and orange scrub. Heavenly massage follows to unwind and relax your back and neck. A super tonic for those who carry stress and strain in the back area or those who find it difficult to relax.

Paradise Glow, 55 minutes, £49

A full body exfoliation and massage that will leave your skin feeling hydrated and silky soft. Choose from a nourishing sugar rub treatment that is great for dry skin or a coconut crème body treatment that cleanses and polishes the skin and is ideal for oily or congested skin.

Island Hydrating Wrap, 55 minutes, £49

This full body exfoliation, massage and detox wrap hydrates your skin and relaxes your mind and body. The treatment increases the circulation which helps to remove toxins and detox your body.

Paradise Ritual Wrap, 85 minutes, £66

A luxurious full body exfoliation, massage and hydrating wrap that will nourish your skin and relieve any aches and pains. The treatment will leave your skin feeling wonderfully soft and nurtured.

Honey and Milk Fiji Firming Wrap, 85 minutes, £66

This wonderful full body massage and wrap uses milk and honey products and is great for reducing cellulite. The treatment eliminates toxins, tones and firms the skin and is wonderfully relaxing.

Heavenly Honey Ritual, 85 minutes, £70

A luxurious conditioning full body exfoliation, mask and massage using hot stones and Pure Fiji’s wonderful moisturising milk and honey lotion. This treatment deeply hydrates and nourishes your skin and is a real treat. Pure heaven!

Pregnancy Massages

Pregnancy Massage, 60 minutes, £40 or 90 minutes, £55 for ladies in their last trimester

Regular massage during pregnancy can help to relieve the physical tension and emotional stress that pregnancy can bring. It can help with muscular aches, tiredness, swollen hands and feet, and can bring about a general feeling of calm and balance. It also gives you a wonderful sense of nurturing for you and your baby. Pregnancy massage (after first trimester) is available at ALEXANDRA HOUSE on Tuesdays, Wednesday afternoon and Thursdays. We offer a 90 minute massage for ladies in the last 2-3 months of pregnancy. This is superb for helping to relieve lower back pain and elongating the spine. Please bring cash or a cheque for the pregnancy massage. Unfortunately vouchers cannot be used for pregnancy massage.
