Crystal Wand Healing Facial, 60 minutes, £45, available Tuesdays at the spa

Enjoy this heavenly holistic facial using the natural healing energy of crystal wands. The crystal wands are used to massage your face treating your skin with touch therapy giving deeper relaxation. The facial includes cleansing, toning, an Egyptian face wrap and moisturising and brings total balance and harmony. The Crystal Wand Healing Facial is available at the spa on Tuesdays.

Dream Living

Taraloka Buddhist Retreat Centre for Women

Taraloka is a wonderful retreat centre in Shropshire offering retreats for meditation, yoga and Buddhism.
